Rubric for Collaboration Planning Sheets, p.51*

Library media specialists can use the following rubric to analyze collaboration planning sheets. By comparing the level of collaboration by department, yearly or another method, media specialists can determine if the level of collaboration is improving. The rubric was created by Elaine Life and Connie Champlin, consultants, for The Indianapolis Foundation Library Partners as part of a Collection Development Grant Evaluation. For additional information contact Connie at cchamp@iquest.net.
